Before joining Cellulant as Finance Manager (Zambia), He worked for Kwacha Pension Trust Fund (Pension Fund for the Central Bank of Zambia) as Head of Investments, Aon Zambia (now Minet) as Financial Analyst and Audit Senior for Ernst & Young Zambia.
Chalemela currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at one of the fastest growing Fintech’s- PrimeNet Solutions where he oversees the Products, technology and operations portfolio. He also takes care of strategic partnerships and execution.

Southern Africa. The company operates in 5 countries, emerged from Y Combinator in Silicon Valley, and has raised over $18 million in venture capital investments from Tiger Global, Afore, YCombinator, Box Group, FJ Labs, Kli Capital, amongst others.
Peter Chunga is a seasoned anti-financial crime professional with experience both in Anti-money
Laundering and Combating of Terrorist Financing and Financial Fraud investigations. Peter also has
experience in regulatory compliance and risk. Peter has an educational background in IT and is a 3 rd year Law student following his childhood dream of becoming a Lawyer which also fits in well with his professional experience.
Komba is the Managing Director, MTN FinTech, Zambia. Prior to his appointment in February 2020, he was the General Manager, Enterprise Business in MTN Zambia where among other things, he was responsible for driving MTNZ and Group initiatives & Projects within the department.

He is a qualified law degree graduate and possesses six years of professional experience working with both local and international non-governmental organizations such as Restless Development Zambia, Generation Impact Foundation Trust and the Zambia Civic Education Association. Robert is also a member of the Advocacy for Child Justice.

Previously, David founded Atenu Developments in 2014, and FundRoof, with his
brother Samuel Akinin, in 2018. Atenu builds privately-funded, affordable housing
projects, schools and clinics in towns around Africa, providing integral solutions
to first-time home buyers. FundRoof is a fintech providing emortgages in the
affordable housing space. David currently serves on the Board of the Africa
Union for Housing Finance.
Before moving to Namibia, David Akinin worked for Credit Suisse in NYC as an
Investment Banker in the Energy industry, and later covering Latin America from
Chile and NYC. Previous to CS, he held positions at Google in California,

To liaise with the Financial Intelligence Centre with regards to anti-money laundering and combatting financing of terrorism, conducting workshops and training as well as oversee training with the objective to increase and maintain knowledge regarding compliance topics, responding and resolving AML/CFT
queries effectively, create and submit accurate reports to the regulators, maintain current knowledge of all compliance, AML, CFT regulation.
